TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, DELIVERY, AND PAYMENT
I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries made by us within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

II. DELIVERY TERMS
1. Delivery is made in cities where the company has offices (Plovdiv, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Sofia, Burgas).
- Deliveries are made within 48 hours of receipt of a written (by email or fax) or verbal order.
- Free delivery for orders worth BGN 80.00 excluding VAT.
- Delivery is payable for orders under BGN 80.00 excluding VAT, with the delivery cost amounting to BGN 6.90 excluding VAT.
2. Delivery to cities without company offices:
- deliveries are made within 10 working days of receipt of a written (by email or fax) or verbal order
- free delivery for orders worth BGN 500.00 excluding VAT, in accordance with the DELIVERY COMPANY's schedule and transport routes
- paid delivery for orders under BGN 500.00 excluding VAT, with the delivery cost in accordance with the price list of the logistics company performing the transport and agreed in writing or verbally by the CUSTOMER

3. Delivery of orders worth less than BGN 80 excluding VAT for cities with offices of Katrin Max Ltd. or less than BGN 500 for towns without offices of Katrin Max Ltd.:
The ordered products will be delivered to an Econt office or to an address specified by you. Upon purchase, you pay the price of the products and the delivery cost. Our customers enjoy a 20% discount on the delivery cost. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are processed the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. There may be delays depending on the location and Econt's schedule. National holidays may also delay deliveries.

5. Fast and express transport deliveries are at the expense of the Buyer. The recipient assumes the risk of any accident during the transport of the shipment.

5. Fast and express transport deliveries are at the expense of the Buyer. The recipient assumes the risk of any accident during the transport of the shipment.

7. The SUPPLIER shall not be liable and shall not assume any risk for deliveries that the Buyer transports at its own discretion and expense.
8. The documents accompanying the delivery are a tax invoice, a delivery and acceptance protocol, information sheets, and other documents in accordance with the Buyer's requirements.

III. COMPLAINTS ABOUT QUANTITY AND QUALITY
1. Complaints about quantity can only be made at the time of signing the document accompanying each delivery.
2. Justified complaints regarding quality shall be submitted to the supplier in writing within three days of receipt of the delivery. After the expiry of this period, we consider the delivery to be approved.
3. The supplier shall not accept complaints due to misuse or malicious actions on the part of the BUYER.
4. The BUYER shall not be entitled to any other rights, in particular those for compensation for direct or indirect damages.
5. The supplier undertakes to resolve the problem that has arisen through direct negotiation with the BUYER.

IV. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES
1. The supplier shall not be liable for failure to fulfill accepted delivery orders caused by the occurrence of force majeure circumstances for the duration of such circumstances.
2. In the event of termination or delay of deliveries by our suppliers-manufacturers due to disruptions in their production or logistics activities, the SUPPLIER shall inform the BUYER promptly.

V. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of tax invoices for deliveries made without objection shall be deemed acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
2. All additional agreements shall be concluded in writing.
3. The SUPPLIER reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale, delivery, and payment.
